The Underground Electrical Tape acts as a cautionary tool for contractors and workers who are digging in areas with buried electrical mains. The tape is positioned above these services for better visibility during excavation. Constructed from bright orange polyethylene, the tape is easily recognizable with the clear message “DANGER BURIED ELECTRICAL CABLE BELOW” printed in bold black text along its entire length. This tape meets the standards outlined in AS 2648.1:1995.
